Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ask Laura
mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these
Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Ask Laura is a mobile application built around the plant care expertise and
YouTube content of Laura Eubanks. The App is provided by Design For Serenity ("we," "us,"
"our").
The App lets you:
dictating, or talking out loud, with responses optionally spoken in a synthetic clone of
her voice.
a possible diagnosis and treatment suggestions if something looks wrong, or get design
feedback on your garden.
updates over time, and progress feedback, and revisit your past conversations ("Recent").

The current version of the App runs without an account, storing your data on your device.
Once accounts are available, you may need one to use certain features or to save data across
sessions and devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for
all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If
you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us right away.
The App's chat, plant identification, and health assessments are powered by artificial
intelligence, including image-recognition models, large language models, and retrieval from
Laura Eubanks' video transcripts. **This content is provided for general informational and
educational purposes only.**

We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for outcomes resulting
from reliance on identifications, diagnoses, treatment suggestions, or chat responses
provided by the App, including damage or loss to plants, property, or otherwise.
When you submit photos or messages to the App, you grant us a license to process that
content for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g. running identification models,
generating chat responses, storing your History and My Garden). You retain ownership of your
photos and content. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any
photo you submit.
Please don't submit photos containing other people (beyond incidental background presence),
sensitive personal information, or content unrelated to plants and gardening.
Laura Eubanks' video content, transcripts, likeness, and voice are used in this App with her
explicit permission. All such content, along with the Ask Laura name, logo, and
brand assets, are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, redistributed,
or used outside the App without permission.
The App itself — its design, code, and features — is owned by us and protected by
applicable intellectual property laws.
Once paid plans launch, certain features may require a paid subscription ("Premium").
Subscriptions are billed through
the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically
renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage
or cancel your subscription at any time in Account → Manage Subscription, which links to
your Apple ID subscription settings. We don't process payments directly and don't have
access to your payment details.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies, not by us directly.
Please don't:
training data, or Laura Eubanks' voice model.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the
App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you
in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect
means you accept the updated Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including
but not limited to accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damage to plants or
property resulting from reliance on identifications, diagnoses, or advice provided.
